What’s Covered

Our warranty only covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Missing parts or items that were part of your original purchase.

If you receive a product that has a genuine manufacturing defect or is missing components, we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or the required parts at no extra cost.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Any damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper assembly.
  • Wear and tear from regular usage.
  • Damage due to exposure to water, heat, or external elements unless specified.

How to Claim

To raise a warranty claim:

  1. Share your order ID and a clear photo/video showing the defect or missing part.
  2. Once verified, our team will arrange a suitable resolution — either by sending a replacement part or a new unit.

Important Notes

  • Claims without valid proof  may not be eligible.
  • We reserve the right to reject warranty claims that do not meet the above terms.
